Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh are joining forces in Los Angeles and that has to be frightening for all the opposing offenses throughout the NFL. Aaron Donald was the top interior defensive lineman in the league recording 11 sacks in 2017. He is also going to be top dog in this defensive unit because he has been the most productively recently. At the same time though Ndamukong Suh is a tough S.O.B and he’s going to be right behind Donald when it comes to doing damage. Suh really has to dig deep and put his best season of football together if LA wants to win a championship. Ultimately you have to feel like Suh is going to be the x-factor for the Rams. We all know Donald is going to be near the 10 sacks mark for the year which means Suh will have to set a goal of at least 8 sacks for himself. The former Dolphins and Lions defender (Suh) hasn’t been able to do that since 2014. The good news for both players is Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips is going to put both guys in a position to succeed. Whether that’s with loops, twists, or just putting them in the ideal spots at the right time Phillips is a defensive mastermind who will dial it up this upcoming season. About the only thing that can slow down the Rams is injuries but if they can stay health they’re not only going to be dominant on game day. They’ll also be a lot of fun to watch from a fan’s stand point and it’s fitting that Los Angeles is going to bring a little bit of entertainment to the gridiron. Hollywood and the movie business won’t be the only industry bringing the action. The Los Angeles Rams will set the world on fire as well. It’s because of key players in the trenches like Donald and Suh.
