Are the Bucs wrong for what they did to Antonio Brown?

Author: Jon Kuzma

We shouldn’t be surprised that Antonio Brown is making a strong case for himself. There were hints and clues all along that Brown was being mistreated by the Buccaneers. And all you have to do is go back to the beginning of their relationship to see it. Before Brown was even on the roster. Bruce Arians spoke out publicly about how he didn’t want Brown on the team. First he said that “There’s too much miscommunication.” Then later on at the trade deadline. A reporter asked Arians if the Bucs would pursue Odell Beckham Jr. And Arians insinuated that he has enough drama with Antonio Brown. Then Arians cut Brown in the middle of the Jets game, did a throat slash, and said “you’re done.” Arians also was untruthful by acting like he didn’t know Brown had an ankle injury. And now the Bucs are refusing to cut Brown. Because they’re scared he might sign with the Packers or Rams. So all you have to do is connect the dots. And you can see clear as day that Brown was being discriminated against. Which is a shame because Brown was one of the big reasons the Bucs won the Super Bowl.

Note- We know now that Brown will have season ending ankle surgery. So he won’t be signing with another team.
