Are Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle too fast to match up with?
Author: Jon Kuzma
The Dolphins are like a team of Olympic sprinters. The speed they have at the wide receiver position is scary. Mike Evans recently said that Tyreek Hill was the fastest player he’s ever seen. So that tells you something. Then there’s Jaylen Waddle too. Who’s actually faster with the ball in his hands than Hill is according to Next Gen stats. When you combine those two together it’s unstoppable. In the Texans game I thought the Waddle catch was amazing. He jumped up and high pointed the football with a defender hanging off his back. Whereas Hill did a lot of his damage over the middle. But it just goes to show that these two are at the root of the Dolphins success. They wanted to be able to blow past these NFL defenses. They’ve certainly done that with the speed they have.
