If you’re familiar with the Chicago Bears offense. Then you know they’re far from a high scoring group. Sure they beat the Detroit Lions in week one. But Mitchell Trubisky isn’t a guy that’s going to consistently put up big numbers like Patrick Mahomes or Lamar Jackson do. And now Trubisky’s number one wide receiver has asked to be traded. That player is Allen Robinson and apparently he’s unhappy with his contract. There’s even some rumors floating around that unless an extension gets done, Robinson will refuse to play. Obviously this is terrible news for Chicago because it’s a distraction in the middle of the season. Not only that the Bears offense can’t survive without Robinson. He’s the one guy they depend on each week to create some plays. Trubisky will unravel if Robinson isn’t around. So G.M Ryan Pace should get a deal done or this situation will ruin his team.
