Last week the Indianapolis Colts knocked off the Tennessee Titans and took control of the AFC South. That game sent a message to the rest of the league. And now the Colts are hoping to step it up a notch by taking out the Packers. If there’s one thing that’s going Indianapolis’ way heading into that matchup. It has to be how well their defense is playing. Only the Steelers and Rams have surrendered less points. So the Colts certainly have the tools to throw Aaron Rodgers off his game. We saw that’s the blueprint to beating Green Bay when they got hammered by the Buccaneers. You have to collapse Rodgers’ pocket and force him to make ill-advised throws. The Colts can achieve that if they get strong performances from their big three. Deforest Bucker, Darius Leonard, and Tyquan Lewis have to go out their and impose their will on the Packers offensive line. If they can fill those running lanes and get off their blocks. Then we might see Green Bay crumble again. Indianapolis just has to control the line of scrimmage and they can win this game.
Note- Colts will have to do all of this without their top pass rusher Denico Autry who’s out with COVID-19.
