Should the next Commanders owner change the team’s name?

I don’t think the next owner of the Commander should change the team’s name and here’s why. There’s a lot of people that bought gear when the team had the old name. Now there’s a lot of people that bought merchandise that has the Commanders name on it. I don’t think they should make their fans go out and buy more merchandise again. It’s also too much change. At some point you have to settle on a name. Then stick with it. The Commanders name is where we’re at. It’s probably best to stay with it. Obviously whoever owns the team will have the final say. That’s the way it should be. If you’re forking up the money to buy the team. The ball is in your court. So we’ll see how it goes?
