When it comes to arm talent Aaron Rodgers is one of the most gifted quarterbacks in the league. But even Rodgers stepped it up against the Oakland Raiders combining for 6 touchdowns in what would go on to be a 42-24 win. Rodgers threw for 429 yards, 5 touchdowns and then ran for another touchdown as well. Green Bay is already so tough to beat this year but they’re nearly impossible to defeat when Rodgers plays like this.

The veteran QB made every throw imaginable in this contest and the Packers seemed to have a lot of their success off of playaction. Which is due to the fact that defenses are selling out to stop Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams. So once Rodgers sees those linebackers out of position it makes it easier for him to take advantage because he can squeeze the ball in the tightest of windows. Unfortunately for the Raiders they had to learn that the hard way and this was such an impressive win for Green Bay. From here on out this franchise will be much more confident because not only is the team performing at a high level. Their best player (Rodgers) is also getting into a groove and if everything goes according to plan then the Packers will be very close to winning it all once the playoffs arrive. Outside of the San Francisco 49ers they’re definitely the team to beat in the NFC.
