Did the Packers defense just save their season?
Author: Jon Kuzma
The Packers are alive. They needed to beat the Dolphins yesterday if they wanted a chance at making the playoffs. Thanks to their defense they were able to do that. It all started when Tua Tagovailoa sailed a pass right to Jaire Alexander. That play energized the Packers. Which led to two more interceptions for their defense. I thought the best one was De’Vondre Campbell’s. The Dolphins are so good at going vertical. That it opens up holes underneath. But Campbell read Tagovailoa like a book. He got to his drop then broke on the route. That was great coverage. The Packers weren’t done yet either. Rasul Douglas also had an interception too. So just a great all around effort by the Packers defense in coverage. This team’s playoff hopes are still alive because of that.
