It seems like Aaron Rodgers never misses. Anytime there’s a controversial topic that needs to be discussed. Rodgers tends to weigh each side’s perspective and formulate an original response. One that clearly expresses how he feels, but also avoids coming off as abrasive or uninformed. Rodgers’ comments on the Kenosha shooting was another example of this. He talked about how many laws are prejudice against people of color. Then he followed that up by saying real change is needed. But he stopped short of condemning all police officers and added that he hopes many of them are outraged as well. Those comments hit home because Rodgers understands that blind loyalty is the death of honesty. Hopefully some of our lawmakers and high ranking police officers heard this take. Because it’s exactly what everyone needs to hear right now.
