Is bringing back Philip Rivers the best move for the Colts?

Author: Jon Kuzma

Philip Rivers is getting the itch. He wants to play football again. Rivers told LA Times reporter Sam Farmer that he’s “leaving the door open for a comeback.” Which is what happens this time of year. When everyone starts getting ready to play again. Sitting on the sidelines isn’t very exciting for Rivers. And while he’s coaching a high school team down in Alabama. It’s not completely fulfilling his itch. What makes things even more interesting. Is the Colts need a QB after Carson Wentz went down with a foot injury. Lets also not forget. That Rivers led the Colts to the playoffs and he almost helped them beat the Bills. Not to mention Rivers played great in that game. So if we’re being honest. Indianapolis should bring Rivers back if they can. At least the Colts know they can win. If Rivers is leading their team.
