The Jordan Love storyline has taken a turn for the better. Love started off slow during OTAs. In fact it was reported that Blake Bortles was outperforming him. But something has changed since then. The momentum began to swing in Love’s favor. When he had his best practice ever on June 9th. For Love that was a step in the right direction. As well as a huge confidence boost for a young player. Then Love followed that up. With another strong showing. While working out with Deshaun Watson and Justin Fields. Clearly this is Love’s way of saying “go ahead and trade Aaron Rodgers. I got it from here.” There’s no doubt those are big shoes to fill. But the Packers did trade up to get Love. So you know the guy has some talent. For him it’s about refining his skill set. The best way to do that is by getting reps in the games. Love is doing everything he can to prepare himself for that moment. If it does come this year. At the very least we have to applaud him for that. It sounds like he’s been putting in the work.
