Apparently Deshaun Watson has revised the list of teams that he’d like to play for. ESPN’s Jeremy Folwer reported that Watson has added the Broncos and 49ers to his options. For Denver that’s the best news possible. And it reminds you of when the Broncos signed Peyton Manning back in 2012. Watson could have a similar impact if he winds up in the Mile High City. Expectations will go through the roof. Plus there’d be a buzz around the team. That’s always the starting point of greatness. And with all of the weapons on the Broncos roster. Guys like Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, and Noah Fant. Watson can evolve into the next version of himself with that collection of talent. So you can see why Watson feels like Denver would be a great fit. It’s a step closer to the Super Bowl for both sides.
