Don’t look now but Nick Bosa is starting to look like the dominant pass rusher that he was at Ohio State. After missing most of the off-season workouts because of a hamstring strain this is great news for the San Francisco 49ers.
Bosa has been working with Joe Staley to fine tune his game and both players should benefit from those reps. Plus George Kittle said Bosa could already be the strongest player on the team and it’s obvious that the rookie has some good momentum going. It’s very possible that he could record over 10 sacks this season especially if he’s able to live up to his potential. It’s almost criminal to compare someone to J.J Watt but if there was anyone close Nick Bosa would be the guy. This is someone who’s quick enough to go consistently wide around the edge. With an arsenal of rips, swims, and arm chops Bosa is able to disengage even some of the strongest blockers he’ll go against. His motor is always in 6th gear and the team will love the 2nd overall pick’s tenacity on game day. San Francisco’s defense is on the rise and it’s because they added such an elite defender in Bosa. Everybody else’s job will be easier because of this selection.

The 49ers defense will be much better because Nick Bosa is back on track.
