The Pittsburgh Steelers have an obstacle they have to overcome in this upcoming draft. They traded for Minkah Fitzpatrick last year and because of that they don’t have a first round pick. However if the Steelers can draft Tee Higgins in the second round it won’t really matter. Pittsburgh’s defense is loaded and all they have to do is find a way to score some points on the other side of the ball. Ben Roethlisberger is coming back from an elbow injury so that should help. But if the Steelers also pair Roethlisberger up with Higgins then that will solve all of their issues on offense. The former Clemson Tiger is everything teams are looking for in a wide receiver. He’s tall, lengthy, and Higgins is also a great red zone target. By adding him to this group the Steelers won’t have to settle for as many field goals. All Roethlisberger has to do is throw the rookie a fade and watch him elevate above the defender for the catch. Those abilities will mesh well alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Washington, and Diontae Johnson. It would also turn that position into a strength for this team. Which should help Roethlisberger bounce back. There would be just too much firepower to keep everyone in check.
