When you visit Arby's, you probably expect a roast beef sandwich. That sandwich may not
be as stunning as you expected. One customer is suing the fast-food business for not providing a tasty meal.
Joseph Alongis requested Double Beef 'N Cheddar and Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches after viewing a menu board graphic. Alongis received
half the flesh he expected based on the depiction. According to Top Class Actions, he filed a class action complaint in New York federal court over Arby's
The lawsuit claims that Arby's ads are "violations of the New York Deceptive Acts and Practices Act, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment"
because the brand apparently places meat in the sandwich in a certain way and uses props to make it appear that customers will receive more.
The lawsuit also targets Arby's sandwich meat quality. Although commercials promise rare roast beef, Alongis says clients don't get it.
