If you enjoy spicy foods, your taste buds may be tingling at the prospect of sampling Burger King's newest duo.
Today, the fast-food giant announced via press release that it will introduce brand-new Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries and reintroduce the fan-favorite Ghost Pepper Whopper.
Beginning on October 12 at participating locations and while supplies last, you will be able to order the super-spicy Whopper.
It will consist of BK's signature flame-grilled beef patty, bacon, crispy jalapeos, fiery queso, and ghost pepper cheese.
The mighty burger is served on a toasted orange bun crowned with black sesame, distinguishing it from the standard Whopper (and preventing anyone from accidentally consuming it!).
While the Ghost Pepper Whopper debuted as a limited-time menu item last autumn, the Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries are an entirely new iteminterexperience.
Burger King has previously offered Fiery Nuggets, but the most recent iteration of the spicy chicken fries raises the bar.
Each 'fry' is prepared with chicken breast that has been lightly breaded and seasoned with ghost pepper spice. You can order four, eight, or twelve pieces with your preferred dipping sauce.
$13 will get you a Ghost Pepper Whopper, 4-piece Ghost Pepper Chicken Fry, small French fries, a small beverage, and a Hershey Sundae Pie via the BK App or bk.com.
