The Miami Dolphins added so much talent to their roster it’s mind blowing. When you go across the board and see how many boxes they’ve checked off. You can already tell that will have a big impact on the field. Because talent trumps everything in the NFL. We can start in the backfield where they brought in Tua Tagovailoa to be their next franchise quarterback. Eventually Tagovailoa will take over this team and give them the spark they need. But we can’t forget that Miami also brought in Jordan Howard and Matt Breida to solidify their running game. So they’ve got better athletes than they’ve had in the past. And then they drafted Austin Jackson to get tougher at the line of scrimmage. For most teams that would be a pretty good off-season. However that’s only the moves the Dolphins have made on offense. On the other side of the ball they added Byron Jones and Noah Igbinoghene so they can play more man coverage. Shaq Lawson and Kyle Van Noy also came down to South Florida. And you have to remember that those two guys played for the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots. Who happen to be the Dolphins rivals in the AFC East. So not only did they gain some key pieces. They also took those pieces away from two teams they’ll face twice a year. With Brian Flores overseeing all of this it feels like there’s something special happening with this team.
