Does it feel like the Rams plan on sticking with Baker Mayfield?

I said this at the end of last season. Sean McVay and the Rams were thinking about sticking with Baker Mayfield. He’s a perfect fit for their system, he’s a lot cheaper than Matthew Stafford. So you can see why the Rams were thinking about going in that direction. Because they were winning games. Well there has to be some truth to those rumors. Since the Rams are actively shopping Matthew Stafford. I could definitely see McVay shipping Stafford to the Raiders. Then replacing him permanently with Baker Mayfield. Why? Because McVay quit on Jared Goff. We’ve already been through all of this before. We also know history tends to repeat itself.
