Can the Dolphins win the AFC East with Jalen Ramsey?

This is what I know about the AFC East. The Bills are losing Tremaine Edmunds and Jordan Poyer. While the Dolphins just traded for Jalen Ramsey. Now does that guarantee that the Dolphins will win the AFC East? No it doesn’t. But it does mean the Dolphins are getting closer. Jalen Ramsey will bring something special to their defense. He’s capable of locking down half of the field. Let’s also keep in mind that he just got the Rams over the top. So success seems to follow Ramsey everywhere he goes. Because of that you know the Dolphins are going to be close to winning this division. The question is whether-or-not they’ll have enough to pull ahead of the Bills? At the very least they’re closing the gap.
