Being a head coach hasn’t been easy for Josh McDaniels. McDaniels has struggled up until this point. But he finally has the talent to make his big breakthrough as a head coach. The Raiders are coming off a really good draft. They got Tyree Wilson in the first round. Between Maxx Crosby, Chandler Jones, and Wilson. There’s enough talent on that defensive line to do some serious damage. Then the Raiders picked Michael Mayer in the second round. Mayer has a chance to be a huge weapon for Jimmy Garoppolo in the passing game. Talent-wise you look at this Raiders team and think they’re going to have a shot to do something. Is their division tough? We all know it is. But McDaniels has the roster to compete. It’s up to him to get the most out of these players.
